Our regular working hours are from 10:00 AM to 10PM cnt.
You’re welcome to place orders any time, even outside these hours. I sometimes work beyond the usual schedule and will make sure to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. If you place an order after 10:00 PM, it will be completed as soon as possible, either later that evening or by the following morning.
Same-day tarot readings are offered, but if you don’t receive your reading within the same day, it may be due to time zone differences or a high volume of orders. Please don’t worry—I'll respond as quickly as I can, with working hours extending beyond 12 hours each day.

During this monthly mentor session, you can ask me how many questions you LIKE you can also request a private readings Anytime you feeling uncertain about a situation.
All readings are strictly confidential and no information will be given to any third party.
I do keep encrypted copies of your reading for a maximum of 8 weeks just in case you lose it, except for same day emergency readings gets deleted after 3 days(72 hours ) however, it is your responsibility to store it. Or screenshot or record your readings.
If you do by chance happen to lose the email or document within that time frame. please do not hesitate to contact me.
